Neil Wood Mbe Ostj

Neil Wood MBE OStJ has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Neil has served as the Chief Financial Officer at dmg media since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Non-Executive Director, Chair of Audit Committee, and Senior Independent Director at PREMIER VETERINARY GROUP PLC. In 2018, they worked as an Independent Consultant, where they garnered experience as a CFO, Board Member, and Audit Committee Chair. Additionally, they were a Consultant at Oakley Capital and an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Time Out Group plc. Neil has also held positions at Expo 2020 Dubai, Sported UK, The Priory of England and the Islands of the Order of St John, Heathrow, and Trivandi. Neil has consistently demonstrated a strong financial background and leadership skills in these roles.

Neil Wood MBE OStJ attended Bexley Grammar School from 1976 to 1983. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics at the University of Bristol from 1983 to 1986. Neil then enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained their FCA qualification.
