Becky specialises in both residential and commercial property and property transactions relating to the utilities industry. Becky has acted for household names, major lenders and property developers in relation to a variety of real estate issues as well as electricity distribution network operators and gas transporters.

Becky has experience in handling residential conveyancing matters and deals with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership transactions as well as acting on behalf of developers in relation to their plot purchases and sales. Becky also acts in acquiring freehold and leasehold substation and IGT sites and easements for electric lines and gas mains throughout the country.
