Jo Rovery

Jo supports and advises clients on a range of commercial real estate and banking matters.

She has experience in dealing with landlord and tenant transactions (such as new leases, agreements for lease, lease renewals, surrenders and variations and licences to assign, sublet or alter), for both landlord investor clients and occupier trading clients.

She has experience in dealing with acquisitions and disposals, sales conditional on planning and conditional contracts, option agreements for both landowners and developers, and portfolio asset management. She also provides corporate support assisting in M&A work on the property aspects.

Her expertise in secured lending includes acting for lenders and borrowers in residential, commercial and mixed-use site acquisitions, development funding (particularly in the residential development market), portfolio refinancing and restructuring.
