Lucy Rudd

Lucy Joined DMH Stallard in 2022 having worked in her previous firm for over 15 years. She started her career in the Housing Association department acting for Registered Providers in respect of their property portfolios and, over 10 years ago, moved into the property development department, acting for developers. She deals with all acquisitions of development sites whether it be by way of auction, outright purchase, option or conditional contract and thereafter all associated matters in order to have the site ready for rent or plot sales.
