Rhodri James

Rhod is a partner and Head of the firm’s dispute resolution group in London. He has wide experience of major litigation and arbitration and typically handles substantial and complex disputes.

Reflecting the growing trend among commercial clients to seek alternative ways of defending or protecting their position, Rhod’s practice also includes using alternative means of resolving disputes, such as mediation. His work includes, for example, building claims, issues arising from share sale agreements, professional negligence and property development problems. He is recognised as a particular authority in the area of landlord’s dilapidations claims.

Rhod typically acts for clients across a broad range of sectors including property investment and development, factoring and invoice discounting, construction, recruitment, and banking.
