Tushar Sharma

Tushar Sharma has a diverse work experience starting as a Software Engineer at Brillio in 2011 and eventually progressing to roles with increasing responsibility in companies like Flipkart, Aviva India, Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited, Home Credit India, StashFin, and currently at DMI Finance Private Limited as an Associate Vice President focusing on Alliances and Business Development. Their roles have primarily revolved around strategic alliances, agency development strategy, channel development, and direct sales force management.

Tushar Sharma completed their High School education at D.A.V. Public School, Faridabad, from 1993 to 2007. Tushar then pursued a B.Tech in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University, graduating in 2011. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Operations from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, in 2016.
