Sharon Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and call center management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at DMi Partners since December 2012, Sharon leads the implementation of a growth plan for the inside sales group in Center City Philadelphia while maintaining a successful telemarketing campaign. Prior to this role, Sharon worked at Assurant Solutions from 1995, overseeing a high-volume inbound call center with 250 employees as a Senior Call Center Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing operating procedures, training programs, and quality assurance. Sharon's earlier experience includes serving as a Sub-Regional Account Manager at Sears from 1988 to 1994.
