Heike Kretzschmar

Heike Kretzschmar is currently a Plant Projects and Development Manager at DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH since April 2013. Prior to this, Heike worked as a Projektassistent at Molkerei Rücker GmbH and in Produktentwicklung at Rücker's Ostseemolkerei. Heike also has experience as a Research and Development Intern at Kraft Foods and as a Milchwirtschaftliche Laborantin at Nordmilch AG. Heike holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Hochschule Anhalt and a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioverfahrenstechnik from Hochschule Hannover.
