Ashley Dowell Pe

Ashley Dowell PE, RSP1 is a Principal Engineer specializing in Traffic and Intelligent Transportation Systems at Horrocks since July 2013. With a strong background in traffic signal and illumination design across multiple states, including Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico, Ashley has conducted extensive safety analyses, including historical crash reviews and predictive evaluations.
