Atif M Saadi, P.E., ENV SP has over 17 years of work experience in civil engineering. Atif M is currently working at Horrocks as a Senior Engineer. Prior to this, they worked at Atkins as a Senior Engineer, where they were involved in roadway projects and provided quality control and audits for different projects. Before that, they worked at Michael Baker International as a Senior Civil Engineer, where they managed green infrastructure projects and prepared highway and drainage designs. At DevConsultants Limited (DevCon), they served as a Senior Transportation Engineer, providing traffic forecasting and route assignment for tunnel and flyover projects. Atif M also worked on redesigning existing highways and creating new access routes. Lastly, they worked at STV as a Civil Engineer, specializing in highway and intersection design, roadway widening, and drainage design. Atif M also mentored junior engineers and monitored their work. In the early stages of their career, Atif worked at CMX as a Junior Civil Engineer, gaining experience in highway design, intersection design, and stormwater drainage. Throughout their career, Atif has utilized various software and tools such as Microstation Inroads, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, MS Excel, and stormwater capacity calculators.

Atif M Saadi, P.E., ENV SP pursued their undergraduate education at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology from 1996 to 2002. During this period, they completed their BSc in Civil Engineering. In 2003, they went on to obtain their M.S. in Transportation Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, finishing in 2004.

In terms of certifications, Atif M Saadi received their first Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the New York State Education Department in April 2011. Later, in September 2020, they obtained another PE certification from the Nevada Board of Engineers and Land Surveyors. Additionally, they received the Envision Sustainability Professional certification from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure in December 2019.
