Chris Melander

Chris Melander is currently working as a Principal Engineer at Horrocks Engineers since November 2014. Prior to this, Chris held various engineering positions at HDR, Doherty and Associates, Ada County Highway District (ACHD), and Idaho Construction Surveying. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Boise State University.
