Russ Goble

Russ Goble has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Russ started their career in the United States Air Force as a Security Force Specialist, serving from 1997 to 2001. Russ then transitioned to the Utah Air National Guard, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter and Health Professions Recruiter from 2001 to 2009. During this time, they gained recognition as one of the top recruiting experts in the military and excelled in sales training and managing CRM systems.

In 2009, Russ joined the National Guard Bureau as a Retention Operations NCO. In this role, they served as a program manager, shaping and delivering retention and training initiatives. Russ managed the Air National Guard Health Professions incentive program and a $25 million budget to attract and retain health professionals.

Russ returned to the Utah Air National Guard in 2014, working as a State Production Superintendent until 2017. During this time, they provided leadership to a 13-person recruiting team that was recognized as the top Air National Guard recruiting team in the country. Russ also played a pivotal role in the successful deployment of the F-22 Raptor and the launch of the first Air National Guard Space mission in the Pacific.

From 2017 to 2021, Russ worked at the Hawaii Air National Guard as a State Production Superintendent. In this senior HR leadership position, they provided counsel and strategic insight for recruiting, performance management, professional development, and other HR programs. Russ consistently achieved annual recruiting, retention, and training goals.

In 2021, Russ joined Fusion Cell as a Business Development Manager, a role they held until 2021. Russ then moved on to Amazon as a Client Lead Recruiter from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they work at Horrocks Engineers as the Lead Corporate Recruiter, starting in 2022.

Russ Goble's work experience showcases their expertise in recruitment, strategic HR management, program management, and leadership. Russ has a proven track record of achieving goals and delivering results in demanding and dynamic environments.

Russ Goble is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Arizona Global Campus, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Prior to this, Russ earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus.

In addition to their degrees, Russ holds an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Development from the Community College of the Air Force, as well as an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from the same institution.

Furthermore, Russ has obtained several certifications throughout their education and professional career. Russ completed the Air Force Chief Executive Course at the National Guard Bureau in March 2020. In November 2018, they obtained a Professional Management Certification from the Community College of the Air Force. Additionally, they received the IMPACT Selling Skills certification from The Brooks Group, Inc. in April 2015, which focuses on sales coaching and team development.
