David W. Howard

David Howard, P.G. graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1985 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Geology. Before co-founding HOWARD ENGINEERING & GEOLOGY, INC. in 1988, David worked as an Exploration Geologist, Geologist and Drilling Technician and a Consulting Geologist.
