Theo Kik

Theo Kik currently serves as the COO and Director of Operations at DMT Environmental Technology since January 2024. Prior to this role, Theo was the Manager of Engineering & Construction at Enexis Groep from May 2020 to January 2024, overseeing a department with approximately 170 FTEs and a project portfolio valued at around 210 million euros. Previously, Theo held the position of Manager Engineering, Global at DMT from February 2019 to May 2020, responsible for all engineering processes and life cycle management. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager for EPC at FrieslandCampina and Paques BV, with significant responsibilities in managing large Capex projects. Early career experiences include consulting and research roles with Brunel, Grontmij, and Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Theo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Groningen and has completed additional education at the Energy Delta Institute focusing on the International Gas Value Chain.
