Nemir Araca

Nemir Araca has extensive experience in sales and business development in the engineering and industrial sectors. Nemir is currently the Head of Sales at DMT GROUP, where they are responsible for global sales and business development of complete plant engineering projects. Previously, they served as the CEO of Pfau-tech GmbH and as a Sales & Process Manager at FLSmidth, where they focused on strategy development and customer relationship management. Prior to that, Nemir worked as a Sales and Process Engineer at SIEBTECHNIK GmbH, specializing in centrifuges and dryers for the chemical industry. Nemir also gained experience as a Process Engineer at GEA Group, where they worked on crystallization and evaporation plants. Nemir started their career at IHM Engineering GmbH as a Project Engineer.

Nemir Araca completed a Diploma Engineer degree in Process Engineering at Technische Universität Dresden from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they pursued another Diploma Engineer degree in Process Engineering at Hochschule Niederrhein. In 2002, Nemir obtained an entrance qualification for a technical college in Machines & Plant Construction from the University of Duisburg-Essen. Currently, Nemir is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Leadership (positive psychology) from FernUniversität in Hagen, with an expected completion in 2023.
