William J. Mikalik, CPG, currently serves as the Environmental Practice Leader and Principal Geologist at DMY Engineering Consultants Inc., a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, William held various leadership positions, including Director of Environmental Science and Engineering at Applied Environmental, Inc. from November 2013 to February 2023, Environmental Services Manager at Triad Engineering, Inc. from May 2006 to October 2013, and Environmental Division Manager at Hillis-Carnes Engineering Associates, Inc. from August 2005 to May 2006. William also managed the Environmental Division at Applied Environmental, Inc. earlier in their career, as well as held positions as a Geologist at Dames & Moore and Hydrogeologist at PARS Environmental Services. William earned both BS and MS degrees in Geology from PennWest California, attending from 1983 to 1991.
