Kasia Drozd

Kasia Drozd has extensive experience in both account management and scientific research. Currently serving as Strategic Account Manager and Sales Team Lead at DNA Genotek since September 2016, Kasia previously held various roles including Account Manager for Commercial Accounts and Business Development Manager for LATAM. Prior to that, Kasia was a Graduate Student at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, focusing on non-invasive PET imaging research related to myocardial metabolism and Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. Kasia also contributed as a Teaching Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator for Let's Talk Science, overseeing a large volunteer pool and facilitating educational outreach. Additional roles included serving as Chair for the Molecular Function and Imaging Symposium and Head Coach for the University of Ottawa Cheerleading Team. Kasia holds a Master of Science in Cellular and Molecular Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biopharmaceutical Science from the University of Ottawa.
