Tara Crawford Parks

Tara Crawford Parks currently serves as the Director R&D at DNA Genotek, where Tara has built and scaled a high-performance team to support new product introductions. Tara has a strong background in assay development and analysis of data for validation of molecular products, as well as experience in regulatory registrations and clearances. Prior to their current role, Tara was involved in novel Cancer research programs at the University of Ottawa, where Tara successfully secured grant funding and led collaborations with clinicians and scientists. Tara also has experience in education and leadership roles at organizations such as Let's Talk Science and Science Travels. Tara holds a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from the University of Ottawa.
