Janne Nick

Janne Nick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Head of Broadband Service Development at DNA Oyj since July 2023, Janne's prior roles include Senior Manager Customer Support and Support Manager at Basware, managing a P2P 2nd line Support team in the Nordics. Previous positions include Consultant roles at Orbion Consulting and Telia Finland, focusing on RAN Operations and leased line management. Additionally, Janne co-founded Houm Oy, an online retailer for high-end design products, and held technical and project management roles at Lemcon Networks. Early career experiences include positions as a RAN Engineer at Elisa and a Maintenance Engineer Trainee at Telia. Janne holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Digital Media from Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
