Päivi Teriaho is an experienced professional in service development and project management, currently serving as the Head of Service Development for B2B Beyond Connectivity at DNA Oyj since April 2022. Prior to this role, Päivi was a Development Manager at Qvantel between May 2016 and June 2022, and an Analytics Project Manager at Microsoft from 2011 to December 2015, where initiatives were driven to enhance retail sales through the use of telemetry data from demo devices.
