Visa Urpelainen

Visa Urpelainen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network management and broadcast services. As the Head of Network Management Services at DNA Oyj since August 2017, Visa oversees a department of over 50 personnel, focusing on NOC and service desk functions while collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery to both corporate and consumer clients. Prior to this role, Visa held various positions at Digita from May 2006 to August 2017, including Group Manager of the Network Management Center and Service Developer, where responsibilities ranged from managing 24/7 NOC operations to innovating TV analytics business models. Visa's career started with technical trainee roles at Digita, contributing to projects in digital TV and telecom networks. Visa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
