Austin John Bald started their work experience as a Strategy Intern at Allen & Gerritsen in 2015. Later that year, they became an Account Executive at Boston University AdLab. In 2016, they joined Arnold Worldwide as a Business Strategy Intern, where they conducted research for Progressive insurance and analyzed social media data for Carnival cruise lines. Austin John also co-wrote ARNOLD's brand momentum deck. Later that year, they became a Marketing Consultant at Canopy Growth Corporation, where they provided launch operations and marketing consulting for their medical cannabis clinics. In 2016, they also started working at TBWA\\WORLDHEALTH as an Account Executive and eventually became a Group Account Supervisor. Austin John'sresponsibilities included brand development, media planning, social media strategy, and audience development and segmentation. Finally, in 2020, they joined dna Communications as an Account Director and later became the Vice President of Client Experience.
Austin John Bald attended Ridley College from 2010 to 2012, where they completed their high school education. Following that, from 2012 to 2016, they attended Boston University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Advertising. In addition to their formal education, Austin obtained certifications in "How to Present and Stay on Point" and "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" from LinkedIn in April 2021.
