Kara Casano

Kara Casano began their work experience as an Intern at Diccicco Battista Communications from September 2007 to April 2008. Kara then worked as an Assistant Account Executive at JFK Communications from June 2008 to January 2009. Kara then joined Tonic Life Communications as an Assistant Account Executive from June 2009 to February 2011. Kara then transitioned to Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive from February 2011 to May 2013. Kara then joined GCI Health and held various roles, including Senior Account Executive from May 2013 to October 2014, Account Supervisor from October 2014 to October 2016, Account Director from October 2016 to August 2021, and finally Vice President from October 2018 to August 2021. Currently, Kara holds the position of Senior Vice President at dna Communications, starting from August 2021.

Kara Casano completed their education between 2004 and 2008 at La Salle University. Kara obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with a focus on Public Relations and Marketing.
