Josué Díaz

Josué Díaz is a Technical Lead currently leading a small team building and maintaining a cross-platform (Mobile and Web) application using a single Flutter codebase and its surrounding backend services, infrastructure, and DevOps operations for the music industry. From 2020 to 2017, they were an Individual Consultant. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Web Application Developer at Planet Conservation, where they built and maintained Web solutions with WordPress, Angular, React. js and Node. js to improve internal processes and sales channels. Also from 2015 to 2017, they were a Web Development Consultant at Instituto Centroamericano de Administración Pública. Prior to that, they were a Full Stack Developer, where they developed a mobile application with a medium size team using Typescript (React Native) with features like push notifications, geolocalization, maps, payments, and others, also built the backend consumed the application using a serverless-based architecture running on the AWS platform with TypeScript. Josué also led a small team of developers building and maintaining a Web application with a Javascript (React) and PHP (Laravel) codebase, backend infrastructure, and DevOps operations.

Josué Díaz has a Licenciatura en Ingeniería Informática y Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Web from Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, which they obtained from 2016 to 2020. Josué also holds a Bachillerato en Ingeniería en Informática from the same university, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Josué has a Diplomado en Informática from Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their educational qualifications, Josué has also obtained certifications such as the Curso de Inteligencia Emocional from Platzi (obtained in December 2021), the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) (obtained in September 2020), and the Shaping up with Angular.js from Code School (year of obtaining not provided).
