Mariel Lozano

Head of Customer Success at DNAMIC

Mariel Lozano has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Mariel began their career as a Team Lead at Bodog Entertainment Group S.A. in 2003, where they were responsible for delivering adequate training to new hires and managing training resources and materials to meet hiring deadlines. In 2005, they moved to Mansat S.A. as Payments Lead, where they supervised staff and maintained processing KPI's. In 2011, they began working as a Freelance Writer. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Business Development at Canidium, where they were responsible for top of funnel growth and creating new social media marketing campaigns. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as Director of Global Operations and Director of Operations at Lanshore LLC, where they oversaw all aspects of multiple operations, set strategic operational goals and KPIs, and planned and managed the overall long-term business success strategy. In 2020, they became the Head of Customer Success at DNAMIC, where they have been influencing value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores, assisting in successful project execution and delivery, and enhancing effectiveness and efficiency through technology.

Mariel Lozano obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 2003 to 2007 and studied Political Science. Mariel has also obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Lead Generation: Social Media (2023), Advanced Lead Generation (2022), and Marketing: Conversion Rate Optimization (2022).
