Janka Puterová

Janka Puterová is a Principal Bioinformatics Scientist at DNAnexus, with experience in bioinformatics that spans from 2011 to present. Janka has developed expertise in bioinformatics pipelines, NGS data analysis, RNA-Seq analysis, variant calling, and data visualization through positions at various institutions, including the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute and the Research Centre for Toxic Compounds in the Environment. Janka holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and Biocomputing, and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics, all from esteemed universities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Prior roles include positions as a Java developer, C# programmer, and IT support, contributing to a well-rounded technical background.
