Martin Štekl

Martin Štekl is a seasoned software engineer and platform engineering manager with extensive experience in developing scalable applications, primarily using Node.js and related technologies. Currently, at DNAnexus since January 2021, Martin has progressed through various roles, contributing to customer-facing projects and leading the "Development Scalability" initiative. Prior roles include software development consulting, senior development positions, and technical leadership across multiple organizations, where Martin specialized in modern technologies such as TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, and GraphQL. Martin holds a Master's degree in Informatics - Web Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics - Software Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague, along with a high school diploma in Math and Physics.
