Alison Burdett

VP Clinical Engineering at dnaNUDGE

Alison Burdett has extensive experience in the field of technology and healthcare. Alison currently serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Sensium Healthcare since August 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the VP Clinical Engineering at DNANUDGE starting from August 2020.

From 2014 to 2016, Alison held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Toumaz UK Ltd., where they managed the Silicon Engineering team and led various silicon programs. Alison also designed and implemented the technology roadmap for the development of the ultra-low power wireless Sensium IC.

Before joining Toumaz UK Ltd., Alison worked as a Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London from 1994 to 2001. Alison also gained experience as an IC Design Engineer at GEC Plessey Telecommunications from 1992 to 1994.

Alison Burdett obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Imperial College London between 1986 and 1989. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Analogue IC Design at the same institution from 1989 to 1992.
