Eugene Shokarev

Eugene Shokarev is the current Head of Marketing at DNA Payments Group. Eugene has previously held the position of Head of Marketing and PR at Halyk Bank from August 2018 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director at ForteBank from May 2017 to September 2017. From September 2017 to August 2018, they were the Head of Marketing and PR at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC). From May 2016 to May 2017, they were the Head of Marketing Department at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC). From September 2015 to June 2016, they were the Head of Cards Division at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC). Eugene has also served as the Deputy Head and Head of Marketing at American Express from September 2014 to September 2015. Prior to that, they were the Senior Brand Marketing Manager at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC) from September 2010 to September 2012.

Eugene Shokarev has an engineer's degree in multichannel telecommunication systems from Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications, and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Turan University.
