Vineet Kathuria

Vineet Kathuria has extensive experience in airport operations and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Airport Operations Control Centre at dnata since April 2018. Prior to this role, Vineet held key positions at Emirates, including Contact Centre Operations Manager for Customer Experience from September 2010 to December 2023. Additional roles include Service Delivery Manager at InterGlobe Technologies, Assistant Manager Operations at Intelenet Global Services, and Team Manager at Vertex Business Services. Beginning a career as a Sr Quality Specialist at IBM Global Process Services, Vineet's expertise spans over two decades. Educationally, Vineet completed AISSCE in Commerce at Mount Carmel from 1986 to 1998.
