Mats Thunestvedt Hove

Mats Thunestvedt Hove is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) analysis and sustainability reporting. Currently serving as a Senior ESG Analyst at DNB since August 2019, Mats has played a pivotal role in developing a centralized ESG data hub to enhance sustainability data management across the organization. Previous roles include Group Controller for ESG and Financial Reporting, Sustainability Strategy Advisor, and ESG Risk Manager at DNB, where Mats honed skills in sustainability reporting frameworks and risk assessment tools. Earlier experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at NTNU and various positions in financial risk modeling and marketing. Mats holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU.
