Thea Marie P. Gaustad

Thea Marie P. Gaustad currently holds the position of Kompetanseansvarlig at DNB, commencing in January 2024, focusing on the Personmarked Produkt within the Seksjon Implementering & Opplæring. Prior to this role, Thea served as Fagressurs in the same section on a temporary basis. From September 2020 to present, Thea has been with the Norwegian Armed Forces as Administrerende befal and Heimevernssoldat. Additionally, Thea worked at Sbanken, a concept from DNB, from January 2021 to May 2024, fulfilling roles such as Fagressurs Hverdagsbank, Fagkoordinator, and Kundebehandler. Previous experience includes various positions at Avarn Security Norge from September 2017 to January 2022, including Vaktsjef, Resepsjonist, and Sikkerhetsvakt/vekter, as well as completing Førstegangstjeneste in the Armed Forces from July 2016 to June 2017. Thea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Økonomi og administrasjon from BI Norwegian Business School (2017 - 2020) and completed studies at Akademiet from 2013 to 2016.
