Geir Arne Skau

Geir Arne Skau is the current Human Resources Director at DNO ASA. Geir has held this position since May 2019. Prior to their current role, they served as Vice President People & Culture at TechnipFMC from January 2017 to May 2019. From September 2007 to January 2017, they were HR Director Africa Region at FMC Technologies. Geir has also held various roles at the Norwegian Armed Forces Staff from July 1995 to December 2001, including Senior Executive Officer HR and HR Adviser.

Geir Arne Skau completed an Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Geir also has a degree in Human Resources Management from BI Norwegian Business School. Geir Arne Skau also attended the Norwegian Military Academy and the Befalsskolen, where they studied leadership.

They are on a team with Ørjan Gjerde - Group Commercial Director, Haakon Sandborg - Chief Financial Officer, and Rune Martinsen - General Manager DNO North Sea. Geir Arne Skau reports to Bjørn Dale, Managing Director.
