Jieren (Jenny) Huang, CFA, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in equity research and investment analysis. Currently serving as a Global Research Analyst for REITs at Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. since August 2018, Jieren provides comprehensive fundamental analysis for over 20 REITs across various sectors, delivers investment reports, and leads sector reviews. Previously, Jieren held the position of Assistant Vice President at Mizuho Americas, managing earnings/valuation models for over 40 companies and contributing to the establishment of the US REIT research platform. Earlier experience includes an equity research co-op role at Mizuho Americas and an Audit Assistant Manager position at KPMG, where Jieren conducted financial audits and led teams in client management. Jieren holds an MBA in Investment Finance from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, among other educational qualifications in financial engineering and marketing.
