Agnes Wilar

Agnes Wilar is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Compensation Benefits Manager at DNR Corporation since May 2023. Previously held the position of Head of Benefit & Welfare at NAM Air from April 2019 to March 2023, and served as Payroll Leader at Sriwijaya Air from September 2012 to March 2019. Earlier roles include HRD Officer at PT Metro Batavia and Publisher at PT Mobimax Multimedia, as well as a Marketing position at AJB Bumiputera 1912. Agnes Wilar obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English from Universitas Klabat between 2000 and 2004, and completed secondary education at SMU Gabungan Kristen Katolik Jayapura.
