Alistair Steele Ceng

Alistair Steele CEng is a Principal Consultant at DNV GL, specializing in the decarbonisation of the grid through energy storage deployment since September 2017. Previously, Alistair served as a Senior Consultant and energy storage specialist at DNV GL. Prior experience includes a role as Innovation Deployment Manager and Project Manager at SSE plc from September 2008 to September 2017, where Alistair managed multiple Smart Grid projects and achieved significant milestones, including the first UK Flow Battery installation and contributing as project engineer to Europe's largest grid-scale battery. Alistair holds a BSc (Hons) in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
