Ashish Aeran

Ashish Aeran, PhD, PMP, is a Senior Structural Engineer at DNV since September 2022, previously holding the same title at Wood from August 2019 to July 2022. Ashish served as an Associate Professor and Lecturer at the University of Stavanger from August 2015 to July 2022, teaching courses in Structural Mechanics and Building Materials while supervising numerous Bachelor's and Master's theses. Ashish's doctoral research focused on the life extension and structural integrity assessment of offshore structures. Prior experience includes roles as a Structural Engineer at Allseas from July 2011 to June 2015, and consultancy for IIT-JEE at PACE - IIT and Medical. Ashish's early career involved training positions with HCC on the Bandra Worli Sea Link project and the National Highways Authority of India. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Stavanger, a Master's in Structural Engineering, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
