Emma Rosamond is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and project management, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Leadership Development and Coach and Competence and Development Manager at DNV since June 2013, Emma oversees competence development across the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior experience includes roles as Key Account Director at DNV - Oil & Gas and various leadership positions at Pera Innovation, where Emma managed multi-stakeholder projects focused on environmental technologies. Emma holds a Personal Performance Coaching Diploma from The Coaching Academy and an Executive MBA from Loughborough University, along with several other qualifications in management and engineering.
