Kate Panzer

Kate Panzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and clinical supervision. Since July 2012, Kate has served as a Leadership and Development Coach at Elon University, contributing to leadership development and retention strategies through career coaching and assessment services. In conjunction, Kate has held the position of Clinical Supervisor since 2007 at RTI International / Headway Workforce Solutions, overseeing clinician training and ensuring quality control within research projects. As an Independent Consultant since 1998, Kate has engaged in various challenging projects. Additional experience includes roles as an Executive Coach and Feedback Specialist at the Center for Creative Leadership, where Kate contributed from 1998 to 2021, and research work from 1996 to 1998. Kate's academic credentials include a PsyD in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University, an MBA from Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, and a BA in Dance and Science in Society from Wesleyan University.
