Karoly Szoke serves as the Managing Director at Protocall 2009 Web-és Telemarketing Kft. since 2014. With an extensive background in customer service and quality assurance, Karoly has held notable positions such as Chief Auditor and Senior Advisor at DNV GL - Business Assurance NL, focusing on the certification of quality management systems and expertise in ISO 9000 standards since 2005. Previous experience includes Customer Service Leader at Water Works Budapest from 2004 to 2014, Customer Service Manager at Erste Bank from 1999 to 2003, and Leader of Call Center at Budapest Bank Zrt. from 1995 to 1999. Karoly holds a Master's Degree in Economic Engineering from the College of Finance and Accountancy and two Engineer's Degrees from the University of West Hungary and the University of Agricultural Sciences, Gödöllő.
