Kelly Chatlos

Kelly Chatlos currently serves as the Generalist Surveyor Team Lead at DNV since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as QMS Program Manager - Quality, ISO, & Regulatory at Advocate Aurora Health and Document System Consultant at Advocate Health Care. Previous positions also feature Senior Data Management Coordinator and Data Management Coordinator at Advocate Children's Hospital, along with Unit Admitting Associate at Advocate Health Care. Kelly holds a Doctor of Health Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, expected to be completed in December 2025, along with an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration, both obtained from the same institution.
