Marina Dubceac

Marina Dubceac is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as Talent Manager Europe and HR Business Partner for Benelux at DNV since March 2022. Previous roles include Senior Talent Manager for Cycles and Procurement at Danone and Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at Bunge, where significant expertise in talent acquisition, organizational learning and development, performance management, and employer branding was developed. Early career experience includes learning and development roles at Ursus Breweries and consulting at Arthur Hunt, alongside positions in sales operations and complaint handling at Hewlett-Packard and Orange Romania, respectively. Marina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Bucharest and completed a Sourcing Masterclass in 2022.
