Wen Gao

Wen Gao is a Senior Engineer specializing in Pipelines, Subsea, and Structures at DNV, where employment has been held since November 2014, following a role as Engineer in the same department. Prior academic experience includes casual teaching at The University of Western Australia from July 2011 to November 2014, covering subjects such as Underground Structure Design and Geomechanics, as well as a position as a Research Assistant focused on analyzing offshore foundations' bearing capacity through numerical simulation. Wen Gao obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the Design of Offshore Foundations by Numerical Methods and a Master of Civil Engineering with concentrations in Structural, Geotechnical, and Offshore Engineering from The University of Western Australia.
