William Keogh

William Keogh is a Principal Engineer at DNV, specializing in wind turbine control systems since May 2007, where responsibilities include developing control systems from algorithm conception to implementation and testing of prototype machines. Previously, William worked as an Engineer at Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory, Columbia University, focusing on the development of downhole logging instruments from January 2003 to January 2007. William began a career in engineering at the Centre for Solar Energy Systems, Australian National University, from January 1994 to January 2003, serving as both a PhD student and engineer, where the focus was on developing instrumentation and measurement procedures for solar cells. William holds a BEng and a PhD in Solar Cells from The Australian National University, completed between 1990 and 1993.
