Tiffany Hsu has over 12 years of work experience in the marketing and communications field. Tiffany began their career in 2009 as a Marketing Coordinator at Shopseen, followed by an internship at Arieff Communications as a PR & Social Media Intern. In the same year, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Like.com and as a Social Media Manager at Socialarc. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Acxiom as a Social Media Marketing Manager and a Marketing Manager (ANZ). Tiffany then moved to Salesforce, where they worked as a Social Media Lead from 2014 to 2018. After that, they worked as a Social Media Manager at Facebook Reality Labs (AR/VR) from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing at Do Good Points and Executive Social Media & Content at Amazon Worldwide Communications.

Tiffany Hsu obtained a B.A. in Communication and International Studies from UC San Diego. Tiffany also has two additional certifications, a Photoshop Fundamentals Workshop from AcademyX Computer Training obtained in May 2015 and a Business Value of Equality from Salesforce Trailhead.
