Janeth Canavan

Janeth Canavan has extensive experience in language education and administration, currently serving as a Language Teacher at Greenburg CSD and at The College of New Rochelle since September 2021 and September 2019, respectively. With a tenure at Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District since August 2014, Janeth coordinates ESL programs for immigrant children. Previously, Janeth has held positions as ESL Teacher/TESOL teacher at the New York Office of Continuing Education, Operations Manager at Coco Cabanas Boutique Hotel, and Administration at Ismael Leyva Architects. Janeth's educational background includes a Master's degree in Second Language Acquisition from Manhattanville University and an Associate's degree in Educational Psychology from Cuauhtemoc University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Americas (UDLA).
