David Koehler

David Koehler has extensive work experience in business development and technical management roles. David started their career at Doble Engineering Company in 2011 as a Manager in Laboratory Services and later progressed to become the Senior Manager for the Western Area. In 2016, they joined IEEE as the Region 4 Director-Elect and went on to hold various leadership positions, including Vice President-Elect for Member and Geographic Activities, Vice President for Member and Geographic Activities, and a role on the Board of Directors. Additionally, they served on the Advisory Board at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

David Koehler received their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington, which they attended from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Indiana Wesleyan University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2002.
