Gerard Stopyra has extensive experience in patient and customer service management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Patient Services at Doc Bresler's Cavity Busters since March 2009, Gerard oversees a team of 14 representatives across multiple pediatric and adult dental practices. Previously, Gerard held roles as Customer Service Supervisor at Ellis Coffee Company, Client Service Director at Telerx Healthcare—managing healthcare accounts and budget tracking—and Director of Patient Services at Modern Dental Concepts, where responsibilities included overseeing a startup operation and managing patient schedules. Earlier in the career, Gerard worked as a Communications Supervisor at American Medical Response, leading customer service and dispatch teams. Gerard obtained a BA in Secondary Education from Temple University and graduated from North Catholic High School in Philadelphia.
