Jane Malone is the current HR Director at DOC Cleaning. Jane has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, training, and organisational development.

Jane Malone started their career in 2006 as an HR Training Coordinator and ILM Course Manager at St John Ambulance. Jane then moved to The National Gallery in 2007, where they became the Organisational Development Manager. In this role, Jane led on the Gallery's training and organisational development initiatives and projects, developing and delivering a Management Development programme to develop leadership capabilities. Jane also developed and implemented employee communication and engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and improve service delivery.

In 2015, Jane Malone left The National Gallery to join Citizens Advice as a Senior Organisational Development Practitioner. During their time at Citizens Advice, Jane continued to develop their skills in training and organisational development, working on a variety of initiatives to support the organisation's strategic objectives. In January 2018, Jane Malone took up their current role as HR Director at DOC Cleaning.

Jane Malone has a Masters in Human Resource Development from London South Bank University, a Bachelor's degree in German Studies from the University of Warwick, and certification from the CIPD as a Chartered Member. Jane also attended Dudley College and Dormston.

They are on a team with Abby Dodd - Accounts Administrator, Jacky Blayney - Payroll Manager, and Arthur Andrews - Commercial Administrator. Jane Malone reports to Lee Andrews, CEO.
