Kaitlyn Elliot

Kaitlyn Elliot is an experienced Family Intervention Specialist at Youth Villages, focusing on individualized treatment plans for clients and collaborating with other specialists. With a strong background in youth services, Kaitlyn has also served as a Youth Sports Coach Intern at Doc Wayne Youth Services, where responsibilities included planning sports-based therapy and documenting youth progress. In addition, Kaitlyn is the Service-Learning Team Manager at Northeastern University, leading a team of teaching assistants and fostering partnerships with community organizations. Previous roles include program assistance in HIV/AIDS prevention with Khemara Cambodia, leadership training for university women at The Harpswell Foundation, and various positions at Ramapo for Children, emphasizing support for campers with disabilities.
